The process begins upon booking the screening. Following your booking, we will send you an invoice and contact you to schedule a time for the initial consultation.
2. Initial Consultation
The online (telehealth) consultation provides a supportive, face-to-face space to discuss your child’s emotional and behavioural concerns. During this session, we listen carefully to your observations and identify the underlying issues. From there, we determine the most appropriate assessment to meet your child’s specific needs. Your child’s emotional and mental health is our priority, and we are here to guide you through this process with care and expertise.
3. Add-On Assessments
If additional assessments are required for evaluation, we offer a discounted add-on rate of $29 per screening. You won’t need to pay for the initial consultation again, and the report will be finalised once all screenings are completed.
4. Assessment and Report
Following the consultation, we will email the relevant screenings for completion. Once submitted, the results will be thoroughly assessed and a detailed report, including expert recommendations, will be provided, typically within one business day.
5. Follow-Up Support
A 15-minute phone call is included to ensure you fully understand the findings and feel supported throughout the process. During this call, we’ll take the time to review the results, address any questions or concerns you may have, and discuss the next steps in a clear and compassionate manner. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in the information provided and empowered to make informed decisions about your child’s support and care.
